No nonsense or fluff; all method and strategy Most REI Entrepreneur books get stuck on how they’re “killing it” and how they built these processes/teams and that their making millions – but then in the final chapters of their books you realize that they’ve never actually told you anything at all; and the most in depth dive they’ve gone is what a CAP rate is and that you should buy low sell high.
