Ideal I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I’m newer to the industry as an agent, but I went ahead and read every page of this book since it definitely won’t hurt learning every facet of the business. I can’t remember the last time I was this excited and adamant about reading a book. You are an artist or manager & you dont have this book. You are in the wrong profession You dont buy this book… YOU dont take your craft seriously. I was skeptical at first but I pulled out a highlighter because it was to much good information. Wish it was in audio book format U Must buy this & its the current version. Passman is very detailed about every side of the music business, including royalties, accounting, recording contracts, film and television broadcasting, and the many avenues music is distributed.
