Misleading, insulting – for absolute beginners or IT luddites. This book is an insult to intelligence. The title is beyond misleading. I would give 0 stars if I could and am planning on returning it. It purports to be for “Information Technology Professionals”. As someone who is IT savvy but never studied IT, I wanted to fill some of the gaps I have in IT essentials.
