Out of the park home run! I have too many cookbooks to mention and now after receiving this I may need to part with some of them. I always appreciate reviews from people who have tried the recipes but since I just received today, this is not possible. I plan to work my way through this amazing book. I love the format, nearly every recipe has a picture, the size of the book is easy to handle. The recipes look interesting but easy to make at the same time.

Another Wonderful Cookbook By Bobby Flay I have most of Bobby’s cookbooks. I love them all. His creativity and culinary creations have been an inspiration for many dinners and parties. I am Vegetarian/Vegan, so I always have a fun challenge adapting his recipes to the plant based diet. I have already made his Marinara, which has a different twist of fresh parsley AND fresh basil. It was wonderful. I used it in a baked eggplant casserole. Can’t wait to make his Eggplant Bolognese! And he dedicated this book to his Mom Dorothy,…
