Not true keto..but amazing recipes for low carb. Was so excited to order this cookbook. Love Rocco. This is not a true keto cookbook..true keto is 20 carbs or less a day. The recipes are amazing for a low carb diet under 70 carbs a day. Think that following his plan would absolutely be amazing..but again not true keto.

A dud. Bought this cookbook after catching part of an interview Rocco was giving in TV, expecting a book filled with keto friendly recipes. Instead, more than half of the book tells you about the keto diet. No one is going to buy Rocco’s cookbook to get his views on the keto lifestyle – we are buying the book to get his recipes! Looking through the recipes, there is nothing new or exciting in the book, and in fact many of his recipes would kick you out of ketosis before lunch! Plenty of good keto…

No thank you I feel this book is too late in the keto game. I’ve seen these recipes in other books. Jalapeno poppers? Cobb Salad? Seriously?I wish Rocco didn’t do another diet cookbook. Where is the Legendary Chef Rocco? Step out of NYC and travel the world for some inspiration. How about a YouTube series and cook from your local farmers market? Be rustic and raw.
