A brand new method of cooking, not just another cookbook! My neighbor used this method of cooking and I have been curious about it. Let me first say, I did NOT go buy anything to try this cookbook out, instead I borrowed it all from the neighbor.I decided to try a recipe from each of the chapters, but ended up doing a meat, a poultry, a dessert, vegetables. As I started looking through this book, the very first thing I noticed is how badly this apparently self-published book needed the services of a good copy editor. It’s okay that not everyone is a great writer, and one doesn’t have to be one to have solid opinions on cooking, but when the first full sentence after the table of contents isn’t grammatically correct English, it puts me off a bit.
