Very disasppointed!! I think that some information is incorrect. On page 37 I was happy to see a recipe for stuffed peppers until I read the ingredients. 1/4 Tbsp of rice. ?? Anyone that has made stuffed peppers or eaten them before knows rice is a main ingredient. Also, any cookbook for an Instant Pot that I have seen tells the exact amount of liquid to add. I saw 2 recipes that don’t tell how much liquid to add. It just states to cover. ?? This is for beginners keep in mind. I am having a hard time finding much…

Who proofread this? The first paragraph of the introduction was so poorly written with grammatical errors and typos that I immediately questioned the integrity of the entire book. Well, I am not alone. I don’t know if Amazon will take this seriously, but I am returning it and buying a “sponsored/approved by IP cookbook. Amazon’s quality control is slipping recently and that concerns me.

Disorganized, no alpabetical index It is almost impossible to find recipes. Very poor organization, makes no sense as to order. No alphabetical index to find recipes easily. Sections for poultry, beef, pork, etc….. and yet you will find a recipe for beef in the middle of the pork section, chicken in the middle of the beef section. Very, very difficult to use.
