A little optimistic on ‘quick’ but very good Pros: The meals are yummy! There is a nice variety of flavors, from Italian, Thai, and American, you won’t get bored. I also loved how the author included some pantry staple recipes you can whip up to use in cooking. innovative recipes that are still easy Loving this cookbook so far. I’ve tried two recipes: the “one-skillet cashew chicken” and the “vegetable fajita quinoa bowls”. Both came out in under 30 minutes. I think other readers aren’t reading the instructions first or very carefully since the author helps you manage your time while cooking (like starting something while something else cooks).The rest of the recipes sound good too.
