Don’t waste your money I want to be honest in my review. This book has some cute craft ideas in it, but, the title is misleading. It is not a ‘craft a day’. For instance, Day one it will show how to craft a ‘strawberry’ out of felt material, (an adult has to sew the craft or a young adult) then it will show the same image of a strawberry and how to make ‘garland’ out of paper with it, then it shows how to use the same image and make a ‘cake topper’ with it and then it shows the same image and how to glue the image…

Prepare for a lot of work and a lot of storage So, I am fine with the fact that each week has a “theme” and you make slight variations of the same thing all week. My twins get excited about the “next” theme and it takes a day or two to get into each project, so that doesn’t bother me. What does bother me is how time consuming the prep is. I am all about preparation and organization, so I bought the supplies ahead of time and traced a few weeks’ worth of the templates out before we started. The sheer volume of supplies…

Very simple craft projects, may be too simple for some. I bought this book for my wife who does a variety of craft projects thinking there would be a nice variety here – one a day for a year. However there are themes here, many projects are very similar and pretty simple. For example, many of the projects involve cutting out a figure in paper and cluing it to a stick: animals, hearts, etc. Others are gift label cards – cut out squares of paper, tie a string loop thru a hole, write a message and tie or tape to the gift.
