Fantastic I’ve been struggling with anxiety and depression and it comes in waves. Recently it hit full force so I was looking into motivational reading. Fun way to let go of what doesn’t serve me anymore. I love it already. I have PTSD and a lot of anxiety, anger and other BS that I’m tired of carrying around. So I got this to help do a soul cleanse. I started with this and it’s great so far. There’s a bit of sarcasm and that’s my native tongue 🙂

This Book Can Change Your Life I LOVE this book. The exercises are relevant to my life and they encourage me to think deeper and ask myself some important questions. The coloring pages are a nice way to give my brain a break from thinking and just relax. I can honestly say that this book helped me get out of a funk and get my happiness and confidence back.
