This is why I’ve compiled for you a series of questions that will not only serve as writing practice but will also shed some light into the mechanisms behind your thoughts, words, and actions.

The second part of the book is made up of 200 questions that will break down every area of your life and help you pin down what it is you want accomplished in each one of them. These areas are:

HealthWealthFamily and FriendsRecreationCareer and BusinessMind and EmotionsContribution and Spirituality

Good book if you need exploration and release of past Too much of the book is about delving into the past which I had spent considerable time already accomplishing. I just wanted some good prompts for narrowing down what I want to focus on.

No BS, I love that I appreciate how this book traverses its points- not just from one stodgy viewpoint but in a way that tells you the author is likely a well-rounded soul with an open-mind. That’s my kind of conversation 🙂

Nope just no Worthless reads like an inexperienced child recording a period of confrontational questions for themselves …then thought this might sell as a “book” . Dismal attempt at inspiring introspection.
