Not Accurate Enough to be Considered Academic This book contains much regular health information, but also outdated and incorrect information presented as factual. For fiction books, if large sections of it are biased or sharing incorrect information, I am more lenient with my rating. Since this is a non-fiction book, biased, and presenting opinions as fact, I consider it misleading and inappropriate.
