Outstanding!!! I cannot recommend this book enough. It is a gold mine of useful information. Even after thirty years of teaching college full and part time, there is a great deal of useful information in the book. My only regret is not having acquired it years ago. The short chapters are ideal. College instructors have enough to read already and the last thing we need is a ponderous and jargon-loaded tome on how to improve on teaching. Happily, this is not such a book. Professor Davis can well be proud…

Highly recommended Excellent book! It’s packed with good tips and advice that I can use in a college classroom. The writing is succinct, without excessive explanations to wade through, but supporting sources are provided to make it easy to find out more if you want additional info.
