Fifteen Minutes Twice a Week. #truestory I read the book cover to cover. The metabolic makeover is explained by Dr. Ben in very comprehensible language. Great book and author I greatly enjoyed this book and look forward to applying it to my fitness routine and those of my patients. It sounds too good to believe but is backed by solid scientific data.
