Confusing and contradictory. Just trying to make money. Not what I was expecting. It took TEN chapters to get out of the marketing hype and overall fluff and actually start talking about nutrition or working out. He goes on about how simple it is, then he makes the workout routine chapters bounce all over the place. Talks about the “de-load week, the strength week, etc. By the time I finished reading them, I wasn’t sure what to do when.
