There is help and it is in this book I love this book – I’m half way through and already I have a firm definition of what abstinence is to me; and I’m living this definition one day at a time. I feel so glad to have found this recovery workbook. Becky has been there, and she knows the pain of yo yo weight loss and weight gain. Exactly what I needed I hadn’t even realized how crazy my dieting had gotten until I read this.The guilt of binging, the obsession with controlling while dieting, being depressed all day if I hadn’t succeeded.I have been in recovery for a month now thanks to this book and I feel sane again.
