Life Style Change that works! I have done so many diets in my life and none of them has ever talked about food addictions. I thought I was a food addict and finally somebody has told me this is true. I am a Food Addict. Now why is this book so different? Dr. Kalia writes like he is talking to you. He explains why we are addicted and why it is so hard to stop this addiction. I read and read and then gave it to my husband and he read it and said, let’s do this. So first step is to PLAN every meal. Sounds hard already,…

My favorite book on nutrition I’ve read many books on nutrition but this is the one that is sticking and working for me. The tips and tricks are helpful, the ideas make sense and the the plan is easy to follow and keep with since “freestyling” meals are part of the process. I’m very thankful for this book after so many others didn’t work for me.
