LOVE IT!!!!! THIS BOOK IS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. I sat down to read one chapter and couldn’t stop (I almost missed a meeting!!) Highly recommend this for anyone/everyone looking for a hilariously relatable, realistic, fun, info-packed, LONG-OVERDUE approach to weight loss and better health!!

Approachable, rational, helpful, and funny! Dressing On The Side is without a doubt the best food-related book I have ever read. The author possesses something incredibly important, a feature that nearly every other writer in this space lacks: CREDENTIALS. 290 pages that should be 40 A lot of repeating in order to make the book seem big. Disappointed to see the eat every 3 hour approach. A book for 15-20 years ago.
