Getting Over Emotional Eating Emotional eating is something I have dealt with all of my adulthood. It is certainly not something that I have not tried to overcome, but thus far I have been unsuccessful. This book is my hope in turning that around. Is There Really Such A Thing As Comfort Food? Many people have the will power to conquer smoking, drinking and recreational drugs. They just stop period. You don’t have to have these things to live.
