Grabbed Me From Chapter One This book grabbed me from Chapter One when I related to “Your Ego Wants You To Be Fat”! Michelle Melendez has connected the dots and is handing us a way out of this Hell. I loved her reference to Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work on breaking habits and towards the end of each chapter she gives us “Practices” to do to reinforce that our body will accept the changes. Must read if you are looking for a healthier way to relate to your body.
