This will change everything you’ve been brainwashed to believe. This will explain why you haven’t lost weight in 25 years and why you’ve always had to buy the size 8 bracelet instead of the 7 inch. You are built a certain way that you cannot compare yourselves to others and this book will explain everything. You will understand that it’s not your fault you didnt lose the weight or you lost it and gained it all back. This is a restart for the rest of your life and I’m glad after 30 years, I know exactly who and what I am!!!

Not a fan This is a book full of informations supported by very little evidence. Could be true, could be false, who knows?One example over everything, why would you advise to skip breakfast without even mentioning to check with a doctor? I know for sure if I didn’t eat for hours before dinner I’d faint flat if I skipped breakfast, but wheat if someone doesn’t know?Suspicious and full of grammar mistakes. I don’t trust it.
