It’s time to end the struggle with your reflection in the mirror. This guide takes you on a 6 week journey to building a healthy life on a firm foundation of faith. In it, you will find a weekly memory verse, encouragement for your week, discussion/reflection questions. The guide would be a great tool for a small group study or for you to use in your quiet time. It would also make a great companion to my devotional “40 Days of Faith and Fitness”. This devotional will give you daily content as you go on this journey of building your fit life on a foundation of faith.
