If you use the macros in his recipes, you are never going to reach your goals! The main issue I have with the recipes is that the macronutrient counts are WAY off in some cases. I double and triple checked some of them along with changing some of the ingredients/brands/serving sizes to get closer to the counts…but it was crazy how far off some were- I’m not talking about a few grams, I’m talking 10-20grams or more! Before you use the recipes from this book- I highly suggest entering them into your MyFitnessPal Recipes or another app (or simply add them up on your…
