Diets set you up for Failure. This book does not!!!!!!!! Today the diet craze is simply making money off of everyone because they set you up to fail. This is a candid honest book about looking at ways to making changes to your eating and work out regime similar to the doctors methods for his Gastric Bypass surgery patients he uses only without the surgery. I have used this method for 32 years because I cannot eat anything else. Simply I am allergic to everything. It has worked for me and does not make you starve or spend any money unnecessarily.

Best un-diet book this is the first book on how to lose weight and not diet that i really like and it is working/ i would highly recogmend it/ i work in the health field and have mostly ate healthy but when i started going through menapause my life flipped i gained weight no matter how hard i tried to lose ….. i now have a new out look and have started turning the weight gained into weight lost. tru
