This book is everything I cannot say enough about this book. Getting healthy sucks and it hurts and it’s a process so many of us go through over and over, failing and trying again. The best health and wellness book I’ve ever read Healthy AF is hands-down the best health and wellness book I’ve ever read. It’s all about the habits you form, the small changes that will ultimately shape your behavior and help you lose weight. Ms. Duncan provides simple guidelines that are easy to follow, but before you get to those I highly recommend doing the very few exercises she…

The most entertaining book I’ve read on health and wellness EVER This isn’t a book on dieting, it’s a book on how to change your mindset and your habits around your health. And you are going to have a sh*t ton of fun in the process. Oonagh gives great examples on why diets don’t work and dives deeper into our own hidden triggers that keep us from taking charge of our health once and for all. I highly recommend this book if you want to dig deep into your own behaviors and want lasting change to improve your health.
