great suppliment to the book I purchased the book a few years ago and recently purchased the CD set. Personally I think a person is better off reading the book first as it lays the foundation for their approach to eating without guilt, shame or deprivation. The CD is different and they lead you through brief exercises in relaxation and awareness. I feel it’s best listened to when you are relaxed and have time to devote to the exercises and information. I’m glad I have both the book and CD as I can read or listen depending…
