Double-check the author’s calculations!! Bad nutritional advice! For the most part, this book provides a good overview of the keto diet, as well as offering suggestions for mild exercise (good for most of us), and many keto recipes. I tried a couple of the recipes and they are easy and satisfying.However, I find some serious flaws in the math and nutrition advice, which means the review goes from four stars to two. For instance, on page 24, the author calculates the macros a keto dieter would need to know in order to plan a keto diet. The author…
