This book is a great one if you’re looking for things to start you … This book is a great one if you’re looking for things to start you off on a healthy life slowly. Take what works for you, leave what doesn’t. Lots of little anecdotes and bits that resonated with me for sure. I think another review rated it on the format rather than the content. I ordered the book version – and have NO complaints. This is a great book.

All-round health I’m tired of reading about diets and weight loss. I decided I want to pursue my health as an all-round wellness plan and really consider all aspects of my life, and not just focus on the scale. This book does exactly that. She’s relatable and real. Love this.
