Great recipes! I have to say that this book is a great resource for adding new, healthy options to your diet. Not only does it provide lots of healthy recipes, but it allows you to keep yourself organized by having integrated writing space. I have to say the smoothie bowl is delicious and easy to prepare. Overall it’s an awesome book that I definitely reccomend!
