Get healthy by following this 7-day meal plan. As what the author explained, Mediterranean diet promotes enjoyable and healthy diets coming from several countries all over from the Mediterranean sea — from Greece to Italy. That being said, this type of diet will not deprive you from eating dishes that are flavorful, so you would enjoy eating and at the same time improve your health and lose weight. No More Yo-Yo Diets! This book is more geared toward a lifestyle change than a diet you might take up for a month or two and then drop. Author Martha McDowell has collected plenty of great tasting recipes that will have you not only losing the weight but keeping it off over the long haul. From breakfast to lunch to dinner, Ms. McDowell has it covered in the Mediterranean Diet Cookbook. Highly recommended!

This was perfect. Just what I was looking for This was perfect. Just what I was looking for. A lot of recipes. Many of them look, or i should say sound really good. The mediterranean patties sound delicious. The recipes have a number of ingredients; but most you probably already have at home, or can easily find in the local grocery store..lol at the reviewer who said too much olive oil..it is Mediterranean is it not?
