Great Content in Desperate Need of an Editor It’s clear John knows what he’s doing. I’m using his book to enter into the next phase of my conditioning.However, I marked it down one star because the editing is really, really awful. Easy to read and understand! Very helpful This book is very easy to read and understand. It is very helpful in understanding how to lose fat successfully. I learned a lot from it and now understand why things in the past with my diet either didn’t work or stopped working after I was on it a while. This book is for everyone from the athlete that is doing shows and photos shoots to the regular joe just wanting to drop a few pounds and get in better shape.
