Great book on nutrition. This book, being an college textbook, has so much information that is up to date and extremely helpful. I’ve used previous editions in class and at home years ago. Now with the latest edition I have access to so many questions on what to eat or drink, how much and when. All backed by science helps out so much. This is a great book to have for a very long time.
