Alternative to drugs I was hopeful that someone had written a book that wouldnât mention psychiatric drugs but that wasnât the case. People need solutions for mental health and this book had some helpful suggestions coupled experience in treatment plan. I did like that the book repeated how an individual has to stay on the alternative mental health course for recovery.
Good material and timely… As mental health issues are on the rise today. I appreciated the author’s commitment to understanding what was causing her patients to be unwell, getting to the root cause. But I would have liked to see more examples presented. Maybe she needs to write a sequel, and include a little more science?
