Best book ever for great recipies! I purchased this book for my husband who has been diagnosed with diapeties. All the resipes are great for someone with this illness. The recipes in this book are very easy to follow and prepare. They contain easily accessable ingredients which is important to anyone living in a rural area like ourselves.My husband is an excellent cook and he is a collector of cook books. Yet another of Prevention’s great cookbooks loaded with tasty recipes Yet another of Prevention’s great cookbooks loaded with tasty recipes. Clear concise recipes with directions, nutrition information and appetizing color photos. They even include notes on pages for a slimming strategy. I especially like this book over some of the other Prevention cookbooks for the added extra seafood and vegetarian recipes. Great varied recipes for everything from breakfast to dessert and a meal plan to help you get healthy and stay healthy.
