Nothing New Here 85% of this book is telling us why obesity is bad and other things that we already know, provided we haven’t been in a coma for the past 40 years. When the author finally touches on a ketogenic diet, however, there is woefully little information on why this option works for people when other options haven’t, and the author goes directly into diet plans in a narrative form — when charts would much better suffice.
