I like his attitude “get in shape enough to do what … Yeah, baby! This guy is a nut. Would have given 5 starts but many of the pictures are unclear. I like his attitude “get in shape enough to do what you want to do”. Anything beyond that and you age yourself (wear-out, stress, injury). I like that he shows to start out slow and work upwards.
