Amazing Fitness Program – A Total Challenge This is a great product. The fitness program is easy to understand, straight forward, and an amazing challenge. To be honest… I didn’t do it all. I had to scale back a few workouts because they were too hard.I watch this guy’s YouTube channel and am a huge fan. So in his defense, I don’t understand why someone would give “Special Operations Fitness” a bad review. One guy says it was only a pamphlet. Another dude said it didn’t come with a DVD. The description on the Amazon…
Awesome product! My son wanted this book & since he received it – he has lost 13 pounds! This is a great tutorial for military fitness! For beginners of course.
Does not come with DVD- it’s a cheap pamphlet This “book” is a small, flimsy and 30 pages. I ordered more for the DVD it said it came with, but there was no DVD. Waste of money. Very disappointed.
