good recipes love macro counting I try to stay relatively healthy being 35 I know it’s only down hill from here and my metabolism will be less forgiving as time marches on. So this is a great book to help you start meal prepping.None of the recipes are overly complicated.The logic is well laid out in the chapters preceding the recipes.I have tried the Herb Salmon and the Feta burgers and both turned out really well.I’m not a huge cook but I can follow directions ;)The feta turkey burgers sort of…

Vodrazka stuns me again with her nutritionist knowledge and her second book! Excellent book and the recipes are yummy. I am very into working out and trying to eat well and this book just made it easier. I love the layout and the meal plan that accompanies it. And the food is delicious. I have Michelle’s first book, Help Yourself to Seconds which is also a nutritious meal book with recipes. Both are excellent if you want to exercise, eat right yet feel good and have a lot of energy and vitality in your life!
