Good Info Marred by Poor Editing I found the book educational–adding information I did not know to many things I already knew. And I love the author’s enthusiasm. He really, truly wants you to live a better life, with a cleaner diet, more energy, and happiness. All that comes through; I feel very motivated after reading this. I was a bit confused when 3/4 of the way through, after condemning bread, pasta, etc (everything that converts quickly to sugar, and spikes insulin) he suddenly advocates for eating carbs (even donuts)…
