Politically incorrect! It’s not metabolism. If you’re offended by the fact that people who weigh 200 pounds are consuming over 14,000 calories per week, don’t buy this book. Right on the cover it says, “It’s NOT their metabolism”. On the other hand, if you would like to learn hidden secrets that thin women know but won’t share with overweight women, you’ll have to buy this book. The truth The author gives advice that everyone wants but most are to afraid to admit to. She does not try to lead the reader to believe that you can eat whatever you want and still lose wieght. This book tells what people actually do to stay skinny.
