Just the Facts….AND Results! I had heard of the technique in several places, including Tim Ferris’s 4 Hour Body. I read reviews of several similar books before making this purchase. The authors provide just enough of the science and theory along with great pictures of the exercises both at home and at the gym using machines. We really like this book We have done the exercises now for 2 weeks. We are both 65 and we have been exercising regularly for 3 years now and these exercises were really difficult and we both felt the muscles for several days after. We really like this book. This is not easy exercises even though you might think it would be easy but it seems to be very effective. Thanks!
