Not a fast read This book seems to have good information, but after the first few chapters it turns in to a daily devotional where we need to read a page per day. This type of book always gets put down at my house and then gets lost in the shuffle of daily life. I lost momentum and stopped going back and reading it after a week, so I really cant say if it works in the end. If you’re a dedicated “daily devotional” type of reader, then you would probably stick with this for the entire book.

Encouraging to stay on track I am already on a weight loss program and doing well but this helps with the big picture and keeping my eyes on the goal for long term success. It’s easy to read with both scripture and an area of focus each day. It’s not a one time read and then put it away, when you finish the 30 days you can just start over again and it just takes a few minutes everyday.
