Have a healthier relationship with food Loved this book! I’m a personal trainer who works to help women have a more healthy relationship with food and this book is one of my most helpful tools in my toolbox. So many great ideas and exercises! My clients have all loved it as well. If you are tired of fearing food and only seeing it as fuel or numbers, this book will definitely help you see the pleasure and connection food can bring.
