STRAIGHT TO THE HEART! I love the way Jennifer comes to life with her words and making you feel like she is sitting right there with you while you are going through this journey. She has a way of cutting through the MIND-NOISE and really getting down to the heart of the matter, self-love! I highly recommend this book for those who have struggled with the yo-yo diet cycles and are looking for a long-term relationship with the body they love.

This is an easy book to read. It’s easy to jump right in and start your journey This is one of the best weightloss books I have ever read. The author is very relatable and I like how she offers a private book club for the people who purchase the book. You get way more value back then what you spend. Well worth the money.
