Read and re-read this ageless gem. I bought this book in 1995 as a physical book in a bookstore, when Amazon company was just 1 year old and I was in my early twenties. The information in this book helped me understand the thought processes that lead to depression and fears, and offered a solution to break away from self-defeating way of thinking. This book is a real gem and I hope it will help you as it helped me some 23+ years ago.
